We offer 15 units (with 4 units newly added) of beautifully decorated fully furnished apartments and 4 units of beautifully designed home stay rooms with attached bathrooms on rent for short and long term from 1 month to years in Lazimpat, VIP area of Kathmandu. All our apartments and homestay rooms are features with wooden parquet flooring, balcony in each rooms, TV with HD channel, Music Systems and rooms with AC & NON AC. Cooling fans and gas room heater for heating in NON AC rooms, fully equipped kitchens with kitchenware like microwave, rice cooker, fridge, and water dispenser, comfortable big bathroom with 24 hour instant hot & cold water, modern style tiling in all Kitchen and bathrooms, and all modern furnishings.
We provide three types of apartments to suit your budget 1 BK (one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom), 1BHK (1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom) and 2 BHK (2 bedroom, Kitchen, living room and 2 bathroom). We have spacious roof top with valley and mountain view, shared washing machine on roof top, free drinking water, free electricity, free cooking gas, free WIFI, fire safety etc. All our rooms are comfortable, stylish, secure and quite so you can rest with peace of mind. We are located at the heart of the Kathmandu city at Lazimpat, just about 15 Min walk from tourist hub Thamel, 10 Min walk to Narayanhiti Palace Museum.
Our Apartment is conceptualized with an aim to offer a comprehensive Hotel related service for those guests who visit Nepal for shorter or longer duration to accomplish various purpose. All our full furnished apartments / flats includes everything as per your requirement as indicated above, you just need to buy food, manage house keeping and toiletries, NO OTHER HIDDEN COST to pay.
